Exterior Painting
We propose to furnish all material and perform all labor necessary to complete the following:
A. Preparation:
To include preparation of all exterior house and garage sufaces, trim, windows and gutters as necessary and to provide a solid substrate for paint coverage to achieve a complete, protective, even coating finish of all exterior structures.
- Remove all loose paint.
- Repair any gaps around windows and doors with patching and caulking.
- Clean and prepare all surfaces by washing (4500 psi pressure spray), scraping and sanding as necessary.
- Scrape and repair windows, frames, and sill surfaces with putty to prepare surface for paint coverage.
- All bare surfaces will be primed.
- Mask all necessary areas to prevent over-spray onto neighboring properties and other structures and personal properties.
B. Painting:
All primer and paint to be used by Kelly Moore Company. One coat of paint will be applied.

Painting Specifications:
The following steps necessary to provide even coating are included:
- Cover all floors, appliances and fixtures.
- Repair all cracks, holes, split drywall corners and drywall seams and gaps between trim and flat surfaces as necessary.
- Apply one coat of paint to interior walls.
- Extra charge for a second coat if necessary.
